I am a creative who tackles projects with an approach grounded in design. Over the years, I have seen the importance of team-building. On an individual level, I nurture each designer's unique strengths while mentoring areas requiring growth. On a team level, I make sure the dynamic is supportive, empowering, but also fun. My belief is that everyone has something positive to bring to the table, and we should be able to merge passion with work. It is my goal that the attention I give my team help us be inspired to perform our best each day at work, and in turn be a high-functioning group.
