Content Innovation Agency at NBCUniversal (CIA for short) is an in-house design agency that services the creative needs of the NBCUniversal brand itself, but also the clients’ needs for connecting with their audience a meaningful manner. Since inception, the department has evolved and solidified its vision and mode of operation. This evolution and realization of what the department has proudly become called for an identity system that captured all the characteristics the CIA operates by.
